Hi, I'm Bo, a Herbal Medicine Consultant, Reiki Master and maker of things that help you feel better. Bo-tanics is my small, plant-rooted practice on Portugal's west coast, where herbal medicine, energy healing and pure aromatherapy come together. I work with all kinds of people, though much of my practice is with women navigating hormonal shifts and the changes that come with perimenopause and menopause.
