Hi, I'm Bo, a Herbal Medicine Consultant, Reiki Master and maker of things that help you feel better. Bo-tanics is my small, plant-rooted practice on Portugal's west coast, where herbal medicine, energy healing and pure aromatherapy come together. Herbal medicine is old and patient and wise, and when it's tailored to you, it can be quietly transformative. I bring together my deep love of plants and a genuine curiosity about what's going on for each person who comes to see me.

I work with all kinds of people, though much of my practice is with women navigating hormonal shifts and the changes that come with perimenopause and menopause.

I'm based on Portugal's west coast and work with clients in person and online.
